If you are running more than 10 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your booking to a later date to avoid delays to other clients and treatments.

We value all of our new and existing clientele and are very grateful for your business and we understand, things happen.

Please note, that we require a minimum of 24 HOURS NOTICE on all appointment cancellations.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please ensure you notify us as soon as possible.

Late cancellations within the 24 hour period will incur a fee of 50% of the service amount.
You may reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours prior using the booking link found in your confirmation email or contact us on 0410 922 771.

We will attempt to contact you. If we do not hear back and you do not attend your scheduled appointment, your deposit is forfeited.
A new booking must be made online with a new deposit to secure another appointment.
